- We remodeled the leasing office for our client. Our scope included replacing existing florescent lighting with new 8' track lighting, installing new ceiling fans, and a new chandelier. We replaced the flooring and entry doors. We modified the existing electrical including new data/telephone lines, replacing existing switches and outlets and hiding all exposed lines in the wall or ceiling.
- We also completed a remodel of the exercise room.
