A case study in project management & execution. Unique to this project was the most aggressive production schedule we've ever executed in occupied apartments. Using a tight 5 day schedule: abatement; plumbing; inspection; drywall; painting; we completed 6 units PER DAY for the duration of the project. Water was OFF @ 8:30 a.m. & ON by 4:00 p.m. EACH day.
